I love going there because they attend to you right away and give you good service.

Excellent customer service

I was there in July with my father, and customer service rep Oscaira was rude and unprofessional with us. We spoke to her with respect but she talked down to us as if we were lesser people than her, and instead of offering solutions to our problems she only created more barriers and made the situation seem impossible. We came back the following day and spoke with a different gentleman, I forgot his name but he sat at the desk right next to hers. He was very different. He was kind and did everything in his power to help us out. Oscaira needs to be retrained in customer service, as her attitude was poor and unprofessional for that type of workplace. We felt beyond disrespected.
