In all my time receiving services from different companies, I've never encountered one with such poor service. I've been trying to reach these people for four days, and the few I've been able to reach have only wasted my time. They give me WhatsApp numbers and email addresses that they never respond to, especially at the Las Colinas branch. I think I'll spend more on calls than paying for a flight and going in person. The bad thing is that most Dominican companies are exactly the same.

I've been trying to access the cooperative's app for a week now and nothing's working. Please try to improve your service because I'm tired of calling customer service and they don't answer the phone.

It's one of the best cooperatives in the country. You can be sure your money is safe, and you can apply for a loan at a very low interest rate. I highly recommend it for its excellent service and well-trained staff.
