One of the receptionists is very rude, and she's demanding that I return the key, although It wasn't time to check out. I informed her that I didn't speak Spanish she was persistent about speaking to me in Spanish language.

If there was a way to put 0 stars I would, the receptionist was rude and canceled our reservation for no reason. There are better hotels in this area with nicer receptionists and similar pricing. Avoid at all costs 🙅🏾‍♂️

The rooms are small you stay will be around $17-38 a night. The room is clean so is the bathroom. The room have A/C, TV, bluetooth connect speaker, a room phone, and in room dinning. The staff was great and amazing. Parking is available literally across the street like 2 feet away and has someone watching it 24/7. The guys there wont help you with your luggage or anything, but if he did they would had earn an easy $5usd tip, but they just watch you there park your car and give you a paper to give to the front desk agent in which will give you another paper to give to them during the departure. I left around 4am to the airport the street was quite and well let and like 15 mins from the airport. Only 4 stars because their were no hot water but the service was great and the food was amazing!

Internet connection unstable in some room. After, the boss is very cool. And they give assistance for any issues

They stole my money about 850 pesos after i saw the room is bad they refuse to give me the money back. Only 45 second after. The worst place ever not recommended to anyone. And be careful to your stuff, keep them on your eyes.
