The hotel’s location is really great, right on the main road, with the beach just next to it. The beach itself is very well maintained. I would like to praise the receptionist, who was extremely friendly and helpful, and enthusiastically explained all the services and the restaurant. The rooms are average and mostly furnished with older equipment. Cons: There are far too few parking spaces in front of the hotel. The restaurant is a disaster. Breakfast is served cold—fried eggs and bread are brought out pre-prepared on plates and covered with plastic wrap. If you choose this hotel, do not book breakfast. The restaurant staff is also completely unfriendly. We waited 30 minutes to be served and then left. It’s a shame when breakfast ruins your holiday. The water smells like sewage, which makes showering unpleasant, and your hair continues to smell afterward. Would I recommend staying at this hotel? No, I wouldn’t.

Stayed 1 night in B11 no issues at all with this place. Good value beach hotel and location. Front desk staff was terrific, rented me a scooter, even went got the gas for me and filled it up. It's not the JW Marriott but its a good beach hotel for the $$

We stayed in room B11 November 9 for three nights. My wife had her expensive prescription glasses stolen from the room either by the room cleaner or another person who had key access. The staff doesn't speak understandable English to explain the situation to. The room keys are old type and the hotel has no real security. Anyone off the streets could easily access the rooms. The location is beautiful and hotel has reasonable nice rooms with uncomfortable beds. This was our second stay here, and will be our last. Find another hotel that is secure, and keep everything that is valuable to you in the safe. Although the safe is old type and doesn't seem secure. Stay elsewhere.

We booked this hotel on a whim during a last min trip to Samaná. We stayed in the apartment which was clean and spacious. We did not use the kitchenette but it was nice to have a refrigerator for our water. Judy at the front desk was THE SWEETEST. Melissa at the Kiosco restaurant was great to us too. This hotel is no frills but it is clean, has a/c, pool, beachfront views and parking. We walked to town for dinner at night.

Only the worse is internet & Ms.Carmen is the best for such kindness heart ever … as she pick my belongings on the floor like 3 hrs ago & call me back in reception while I walked past…. With extremely friendly & sympathy voices & key or WC ect ect ect Show that she’s the most important thing from this services is Honestly 👍👍 Fondness Thoughts Marcha W Zurbriggen 🇨🇭
