The receptionist “Rary” was amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were okay. There are tons of dog that bark nonstop for 2 hours (starting at 6:30 a.m.). I would recommend staying in the even numbered rooms to avoid hearing them. Also, walk to the local market 200 meters away and get your water.

This hotel as I could see it’s having issues with members money, I was there because I wanted to have a great time with my team members and result in something uncomfortable, the food took almost 1h, the drinks tooks around 40 minutes and it was because I asked them if there was an issue with bartender and at the end I pay over even tho I have a favor saldo because they can not debited each package in total to me that I was the one paying instead they preferred to get each day pass package as different and I have to pay over even tho I have one of the room that it did not consume the total day pass but the issue came in because they have one of the acct wrong and over the amount. I hate people who want to take advantage of it. Never will go this places again.

Overall good, but! I originally booked a suite, when we got the suite we checked everything and the closets had a moldy smell, they had us go to all available suites and they had the same issue. Ended up in a smaller room that was fine. Everyone was really nice and helpful, food and drinks were good and reasonably priced. I will stay again.

The hotel was renovated but the AC in the room is very noisy, i couldn’t sleep well. Service during breakfast was quite bad.

This hotel was only an hour’s Uber ride from SDQ Airport, and then 20-30 min walk to every where else I ended up visiting, except La Zona Colonial (45 min walk, if you are brave enough in the heat!) The air conditioners work well and the staff is very friendly and helpful with anything I needed. The in the hotel has a great selection—breakfast seems to be the most popular time for them.
