I had a great stay at this new Courtyard in Piantini. Since it’s a newer property, the rooms are super sleek, I loved the soundproof windows (crucial for Santo Domingo traffic!) and the abundance of charging ports. The location is unbeatable; you can walk to a mall and it's surrounded by the city's best restaurants and bars. Don’t miss the 17th-floor rooftop bar for a drink at sunset and the city views are stunning. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video calls. Definitely my new go-to spot in SD.

Excellent location! If you want to avoid crazy traffic in Santo Doming I fully recommend this hotel. Near everything! The staff is super friendly and helpful. There is a lady from Spain who is think is the Manager, walking around all the time and asking if everything is OK and giving us the feeling of a great warm welcome. The girls at the front desk specially Yalkis, Esmeralda, Yerica and Olaine and Maria in security are so friendly and helpful as well. The rooms are impeccable! I hope they keep it that way always. My only little con? The coffee in the room. At least for me as i like strong coffee in the morning but they do have a good one in the cafeteria. Don't miss their typical soup, sancocho. It is delicious!!!

Wouldn't recommend this place unless you want your things stolen and lied to by hotel staff. Worst hotel experience and worst staff. Plenty of nice reliable hotels near by. Would stay far far away. I'm taking my concerns up with Corporate Headquaters.

The rooms were very clean. Infinity pool on top of the building but it closes already at 7:00 pm…

Very pleased with my recent visit. It was very clean, in a great location and the staff were great.
