Although my package arrived on time (10/10), my overall experience with the service was unsatisfactory. Company representatives visited my workplace offering promotions and benefits that were subsequently not honored. To top it all off, when I contacted customer service, the attention I received was inadequate. The representative responded to my inquiries with an unprofessional attitude and what I perceived as a sarcastic tone.

This agency offers terrible service. I'd been with them for six years, but they've gone downhill fast. I have a lost package, and they're doing nothing to resolve the issue. I wouldn't recommend this courier to anyone. I plan to find another one soon that provides better service and customer protection.
