Small and clean. It's a quick stop for a caffeine break. Got two iced Frappuccinos. It was worth it. Deliciously made. Good service from the server.

The customer service is terrible. The employees spend more time on the phone than serving customers, and when you go to order food, they act like you're a nuisance. They look at each other, laugh, and make mocking gestures, which is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. With this kind of attitude, this place will end up losing customers regardless of the quality of the food. The service urgently needs improvement.

After waiting an hour at the outside tables and asking if they served outside, we were told we'd have to wait a little longer. The reason: the two young women serving were chatting and laughing amongst themselves. So we decided to leave without ordering anything. Time: 11:15
