This was my first time in this salon, the women were extremely friendly and welcoming. They tried their best and communicated with us. Marianela was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon.

I was told that their policy and procedures doesn't allow them to give pricing prior to a visit. All I wanted to know was how much to expect to pay for a basic mani, pedi and hair. Although I asked for an estimate and provided my hair length, I was told via WhatsApp that I had to go in person. For a tourist that uses Uber to get around, it was an huge inconvenience. Perhaps their nail and hair services could be good, but their customer service needs improvement.
