Recently, my husband and I stayed in Crowne Plaza Santo Domingo, and it was one of the best stays that we ever had!!! Starting with Francisco, who received us in the entrance when we arrived to the hotel and welcomed us with a great smile, the kindness of Yeraldine, Lopez, Maria, Dorkis, Raul and Eudy at the reception, the diligence of Pamela and other nice employee who work in Kaffetos and prepared us a delicious coffee upon our arrival, made us realize that it will be a stay that we will treasure and we were not wrong!!! The rooms, amenities, services, beautiful atmosphere and great location to visit historic places, are some of the main attractions of this hotel, but the excellent customer service and dedication of employees to make your stay memorable, is the greatest asset of this hotel. We want to thank Jose Daniel, Victor, Ambil and Daniela from Nabu restaurant who day by day during our stay, they make sure that we have everything we need to enjoy our meals. The breakfast buffet and the dinner are delicious, food we enjoyed with a great view to the sea, and tropical environment!! Definitely, can’t wait to stay there again!!!

I had the most amazing stayed here at this hotel. The hotel and the location it a must stayed. For breakfast i went to the restaurant located in the 2nd floor. José Manuel was my server the whole time and gave me the most excellent service. Very attentive and recommended a few items in the buffet area. Also the chef made us a tasty omelette. I will definitely come back

I can’t express how good the service has been at this hotel. From cleanliness to outstanding customer service everything has been amazing. Special shoutout to the restaurant crew Jose Manuel, ambil and victor who have made this experience at the hotel amazing! I wish we had people like them in every hotel.

I am writing a review to highlight some of the amazing employees at this location. Francisco was the best. He has amazing customer service skills, very kind and personable, I would come back for his customer service alone. He even gave me some tour ideas and flyers for my next visit. Thank you Francisco, keep doing an amazing work. Cesar is always kind and willing to help you with anything, and always happy to help with a smile on his face. Cesar thank you for everything you did for us. Yahaira at the cafe was awesome, she was always happy to see us. She makes some really great coffee and her customer service skills are awesome. They truly made my experience amazing and I would 100% come back for their service.

Very nice hotel with beautiful views and the pool area is very nice. Most staff members were very nice and friendly. Especially the housekeeping staff. We did encounter one employee at the pool bar who was not too friendly or helpful. We also got charged way more than the listed price from Hotel website for drinks.
