The delivery guy, "Rafa," makes the service terrible, unlike the service they provide at the branch. Previously, they've delivered to my house and I'd tip them, but now the guy calls me and says it'll be $400 for him to come (we're only one traffic light away, and they've never charged me that much before). When I tell him this, he hangs up on me. Lack of respect and service. People order delivery out of necessity, because they're sick or have mobility issues. It's a shame that people take advantage of you to rip you off. If you're reading this, I recommend going in person; and if you need delivery, order from another pharmacy because they'll rip you off!
