On August 17th, we went to eat and ordered a meat platter for two people. The chicken wings were completely spoiled; they smelled awful. The chicken breast fajitas had what looked like three pounds of salt and seasoning on top, and the plantain chips were swimming in oil without even being drained. We complained, and out of the 2600 pesos we paid, they only refunded us 200 pesos after we left the entire platter, half of which was inedible. Do they know the dangers of serving spoiled chicken or any other meat? And they still had the nerve to add almost 300 pesos as a tip! Terrible service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!

We were a group and the food arrived very slowly due to the number of people. Out of 15 dishes, only 5 were good, and the drinks lacked alcohol. 🥲

The order took an incredibly long time, over 50 minutes. Some people in our group had to leave without eating after waiting for more than an hour. I ordered a mixed grill for two people, but they brought me one for one.
