Customer service is extremely bad; without exaggeration, it's one of the most disrespectful and negligent services I've ever experienced. They treat you like you're asking for a favor. A very bad customer experience; I think one star is too much.

They advertise heavily on social media, but when they finally get a customer, they treat them in a way that discourages them from ever buying again, let alone recommending them to others. The level of advertising doesn't match the apathy with which they treat their customers.
