What a horrible place! I've never left with such awful hair in my life. They did so many things wrong. First, I sat in a chair for two hours with no one attending to me. After they finally sat me down to wash my hair, they stood me up to sit another woman, even though I still had shampoo in my hair. At this point, it had already been two and a half hours. After they sat me down to dry my hair, they stood me up again to dry yet another woman. On top of all the heat styling tools they used, they left my hair looking terrible, and they charged me 700 pesos for a wash and blow-dry. I'll never go back. Not even in Haiti do they treat customers this badly.

I thought salons like this didn't exist in the Dominican Republic. Wow! The staff is incredibly attentive, the owner is a sweetheart, and they're all so professional. They know what they're doing and what they're talking about. They treat your hair with such care and love, they don't burn it, the blowouts aren't pre-mixed, they keep track of each client's order and are quick when it's busy. And the best part is the price—too good to be true! It was my first time there, and I plan to keep going back. Excellent service!
