The Agora mall office is small and has just one persona, but he really known what he is doing and very good customer service. Prices are ok and they have promotions now and then.

DHL is awesome and very professional. DHL is a good shipping company that is efficient.One thing I love is that if you live in a place that can not receive shipping, you can pick up your shipping at DHL locations. Another experience was a promotion they did in Haiti, which is if you a local business making local products, they gave a discount for shipping overseas. No other company had did that before in Haiti. The customer service is always good and professional. I recommend DHL to everyone

Worst service, they let me pay tax morethan the amount of my shipment, dhl Indonesia declared the amount of my shipment from their head instead of asking the shipper for a receipt or invoice, declared amount are 20x higher than the actual cost of the shipment and I have to pay it by force as US customs already charged me. Wake up dhl, do your job properly, were paying and your giving us your worst service.
