Terrible customer service; they take forever to respond. If you order a DTF file to be printed, getting it picked up becomes a real challenge. Keep it up; you've lost a customer.

Excellent customer service and always attentive to everything. Excellent product quality, I also highly recommend it.

Horrible service. The girls who work there an hour before closing time act like complete idiots, with awful attitudes, and print whatever they want. I sent them the design via WhatsApp, and we waited there for two hours. I underlined the correct design, asked them to confirm, made a transfer, and they still printed whatever they pleased. Horrible service, money wasted on me.

The product is good, but the service is terrible, especially since it's through WhatsApp...

If they're not going to do their job properly, then fire all those negligent people. They have no communication skills, seriously, or just shut that place down and stop making people lose their money.
