The Pechurina: Crispy on the Outside, Juicy on the Inside The term "Pechurina" is a registered trademark (originally of Pollos Victorina) that has become popular in the country to describe breaded and fried boneless chicken breast strips. • Flavor and Seasoning: The key to D'Suriel Pechurica's success, according to reviews, lies in its balanced seasoning. Customers describe it as well-marinated chicken, without an excess of chemicals or artificial flavors. Although some foodies suggest it could have a touch of oil, the seasoning is considered excellent and well-balanced. • Texture: Texture is crucial in fried chicken. D'Suriel's Pechurina offers a crispy exterior, although some prefer it with an extra crunch. However, the chicken remains juicy on the inside, making it very enjoyable.
I'm very critical when it comes to food and overly observant, so I took a chance on trying their chicken for the first time via Uber Eats and I was blown away. Presentation 10/10, flavor 10/10, quality 10/10. It was an unforgettable experience; I have to go in person. I can't resist the explosion of divine flavor. It's not greasy, super crispy, and exquisite. The yucca buns are 10/10, the kibbeh 8.5/10—super tasty, but not mind-blowing. In short, it was amazing. I encourage everyone to give it a try. I dare say it's among the top 3 fried chicken places in the country. Best of luck!
Excellent place. You walk in and you wouldn't believe it's a fried chicken place because of how nicely decorated it is. The chicken is always fresh, especially the chicken breast. I've been there about five times already. The fries aren't always hot. And the natural juices are very good too.
