I requested the service at 10:15 and it arrived at midnight. It arrived cold, it had been prepared for the "two hours" and it showed when it arrived.

Today was the last time I ordered, and it will be the last, for the following reason: the order arrived undercooked, with a bad smell coming from the meat (leg), and when I complained, they didn't offer a solution, even though I've been a customer for over 7 years. I've had other problems before, but this was the last straw. 👎👎👎 (( El Morenito del Mella 1 ))

Their service is terrible. Their delivery is another story. I've already been waiting for an hour, and this has happened many times before. This place isn't worth it.

There's a lot of variety, and the prices are affordable, but they're not currently taking the necessary hygiene measures. Most of the cooks aren't wearing masks, and they're serving customers without them. As for customer service, it leaves much to be desired. They serve people they know first, regardless of their arrival order, making the wait much longer. I think if they improve these aspects, they would attract many more customers, and especially those they already have would receive better service.
