I had a major job done on my vehicle where I had to replace shock absorbers, strut mounts, ball joints, etc. Everything was fine until less than two months later when I started hearing a noise, and it turns out they left the strut mount bolts loose. What really bothers me is that the work these guys did wasn't cheap, and I didn't even ask for a discount. Seeing the size of the place, I automatically assumed it was a reliable shop. Maybe it's good for buying parts, etc., but the mechanics are low-level.
