I am very disappointed with the service I received. I’ve taken my car to this shop multiple times in the past to change the tires and do engine oil changes, which is why I trusted them to do a good job. This time, I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, and I also explained that my husband had heard a strange noise while braking. Instead of thoroughly checking the vehicle, they quickly dismissed it as an “electrical issue” when they checked it through a scanner. The very next day, while driving, the car started making loud noises, overheated, and lost coolant because two hoses failed. My family and I ended up stranded, and we later discovered that the fans weren’t working, the engine began misfiring, and we are at serious risk of engine damage. I’ve now lost my only mode of transportation due to the lack of thoroughness at David Frenos in Rómulo Betancourt. All of this could have been avoided with a professional and careful inspection. I sincerely hope people think twice before bringing their car to this shop, especially if they are looking for responsible and reliable service.

It's undoubtedly the first and only automotive service center with personalized attention, a highly trained and qualified staff who explain every procedure they'll perform on your vehicle and ask for your approval beforehand. I loved the well-air-conditioned waiting room and, above all, the excellent value for money. They have ample space and a super clean work area. I was very impressed by the friendliness and courtesy of both the customer service and technical staff. Wellington is incredibly attentive. Unlike other places, here I don't have to struggle to find parking when I stop to check in their services; they have plenty of parking, and Wellington is always attentive to those who arrive, welcoming and guiding them to their seats. This is my new home; please only improve. Oh, and one more thing: they have perfectly chilled beers, but there's one more thing they're offering.
