Very professional service, the car was clean and in good condition. I want to thank Elias for his help and kindness as well as Jose, the driver who picked us up and took us back to the airport. I recommend this place. Thank you very much.

I will not rent from this company again. The owner, in addition to charging the $350. for the rental, attempted to charge me a "damage fee" of $600., after 1 person spoke with him on my behalf I thought it was done but instead he contacted me the next day still to charge the $600. fee. Fortunately, a friend who lives on the other side of the Island, was available to again intercede on my behalf. And the final straw was the owner alleging I owed him for a full tank of gas when returning the car despite, 1) the tank was only at 2/3rds full and 2) no mention of this charge when I received the car. What I felt was that the owner was attempting to take advantage of a single woman who did not speak spanish particularly when none of these charges are spelled out in advance on the website. This interaction marred an otherwise wonderful trip. UPDATE: I read the owners response which seemed more a threat "retract your review or I will place you on the banned list". I retract nothing. The website booking said nothing of a deposit for damages which is almost 1 1/2 times the price of the booking. The gas tank was 2/3rds and again, nothing was conveyed to me regarding a need to replinish the gasoline, rather when I asked I was told "it's ok". I'm assuming I never interacted with the owner as it is very apparent that I am a woman not a man as referenced in the owners comments. Bottom line, the communication was very poor while interacting with this business. It was never expressed that a damages deposit of more than 1 1/2 the cost of the rental was required. I did refuse to pay the damages deposit as I have excellent vehicle insurance which travels with me. Nevertheless, I encourage this business to be more transparent in their business dealings, if you are going to charge large amounts as a "damages deposit" say so on your website. If you want the gasoline returned to the 2/3rds or whatever level it was at when the vehicle was placed with the customer, then say so on your website. I thought long and hard before posting my review and decided to do so because ultimately I felt that the business attempted to take advantage of a single woman traveler and felt it important to express this to warn off other potential clients who are single women. Or maybe it was a black woman single traveler thing; whichever, women need to be mindful when traveling alone and considering renting a vehicle from this business. Robbin Shipp

Welington's team offered a high quality support for our 12 days vacation in Las Terranas. Reliable taxi service from Punta Cana Airport and backwards, good drivers and good cars. The rental of a Nissan was also vey nice with a perfect solution for 6 people in all kinds of roads. We recommand and will reuse De Leon whenever we come back !!!

DeLeon is the only rental place I will use in Las Terrenas. The staff is very professional and courteous. I have been renting from them for two years . With prior arrangements they will deliver your vehicle to your residence. I had trouble with a vehicle once and they immediately sent a replacement. Wellington runs a great company!

very irresponsible!! Made arrangements on a Friday for Monday 9am. When I reached out to confirm at 8:50am and he told me he had another big group doing a tour and tried to get me to go another day. Since I couldn't he said he was running late 30 mins and the vehicles would be dirty because there was no water. At 10:00 another guy comes to the hotel with the contract and informed me it had to be cash. That was never mentioned. Then we went to a gas station and were expected to pay for each vehicle's gas. Come to find out it wasn't even the De Leon company- he rented out all of his vehicles and had to contact ANOTHER company for our reservation. Disappointing
