I'm dissatisfied with your USED equipment, and on top of that, I didn't even want to receive it because you advertise that it comes brand new in its box, but you send me whatever's left over from the store. I returned the device, and you refused to refund my money. I demanded a refund, and it's been two weeks, and you still won't take responsibility. This is a scam!
