our experience was mixed. We contacted Walki in advance, and although she told us to come the next day at a certain time, she had already left before we arrived. She apologized by text and asked us to come again the following day. She did give us helpful tips on what to do with our hair and how to care for it. Unfortunately, the appointment took a very long time because she was working on five customers at the same time. I was not given a large towel, which resulted in hair dye staining my pants and shirt permanently. During the bleaching process, I repeatedly said that my scalp was burning, but I was told this was normal. The next day, however, my scalp was clearly burned from the bleach. We were also told to leave the hair mask in for 10 minutes, but it was only washed out after about 60 minutes. Despite these issues, I am happy with the final result, but the overall experience was quite inconvenient.

Walquis showed me several stylish haircut options and cut my hair very professionally and carefully. Highly recommend!

I was really happy to discover this great place via the other reviews. Also I'm told this is the place to go for coloring treatment as well.

Best pixie cut I’ve ever gotten!! This would cost $75 in the U.S., but the cost was very reasonable. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she did it exactly as was shown! Super nice, great customer service. I’ll be coming here for all of my haircuts from now on!
