I bought a set of three mirrors, and unfortunately, we didn't inspect the merchandise before paying. The mirrors had paint defects, and the frames had slight dents. They offered to repair the paint, but since I don't live in Santo Domingo and needed the mirrors quickly, that option wasn't feasible. It wasn't possible to get a refund; they only gave us a store credit equivalent to 11% of the price paid. I don't recommend this store.

The displays are very nice and all, but when you go there, it's like they don't have anything in stock. The prices are about 35% higher than elsewhere, and sometimes they're even the exact same models as in other stores. They do have good customer service, all the areas are clean and organized, the atmosphere is pleasant, and even the bathroom is nice, clean, and smells good. I suppose they're selling the shopping experience more than what you're actually buying.
