I had an amazing experience at Dental Center in Santiago, Dominican Republic! The office is extremely clean, modern, and welcoming. They offer a wide range of services, from cleanings and implants to pediatric care, making it a great place for the whole family. I had a surgery done by Dr. Gonzales, and everything went perfectly he is an excellent surgeon who made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. The entire team is friendly, professional, and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend Dental Center to anyone looking for top-quality dental care!

I was treated like a queen from the moment that I arrived at the clinic. The clinic is very clean. The front desk staff is extremely professional and friendly. There is a person that approaches you once in the waiting area to offer you coffee, water or tea. You are seen at your scheduled appointment time and escorted to the consult area. Every clinical personnel wears proper attire and wears a mask to protect their patients. I was asked if I was comfortable, and if the room temperature in the room was appropriate. Everyone introduced themselves and prior to receiving dental work was asked what my questions and concerns were. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and I was give all the time to ask questions and have them answered. My shoes were removed and protective foot covers were placed on my feet and a hair cap to keep my hair from getting wet. The dentist was gentle, took her time and reassured that everything was going to be fine. She consistently reassed how I was feeling and if I was comfortable. Once she finished she recapped what labor was done and provided me with a mirror for me to review her work. She asked me if there were any questions or concerns. She answered all my questions with the upmost respect. Once all my dental work was completed she educated me on proper dental cleaning and steps to follow to maintain excellent dental health. Secondly the dental assistant also ensured that I felt comfortable during the procedures. She consistently used the water suction tool to avoid from me swallowing water and feeling uncomfortable. The assistant again escorted me to the waiting area and with kindness told me it was a pleasure to take care of me during my visit and informed me that the front desk staff would call me for payment and assistance scheduling next appointment. Again I was quickly called, a detailed invoice with the charge was presented and explained. My next appointment arrangement was discussed and scheduled. I was happily said goodbye to and told it was such a pleasure to serve me. I tried to be brief but honestly I left out other amazing things that I lived in this office but wanted to share the exceptional treatment I received in only one of the several visits to this dental office. I give this dental office a rate of ten. They are exceptional and let's not talk about the cost. The prices were very reasonable for such exceptional treatment and dental work received.

On the occasions I've undergone surgery, which is often a traumatic experience for patients, I've received such kind treatment from the doctor and his team that I feel very safe and secure during the procedure. And what can I say about the dentist? After the scheduled time, she arrives with her gentle touch, taking the necessary steps to ensure the work is completed and I feel satisfied.
