Greetings, On Saturday, November 16, 2019, I visited this "clinic" (in Los Ríos, next to Clínica Independencia Norte) looking for a professional oral evaluation. When I told the secretary what I wanted, she told me the evaluation was 200 pesos + 300 pesos for a panoramic exam; she also told me they took insurance (mine did apply). Before seeing me, she proceeded to charge me. I thought it was strange, but I paid anyway, thinking it was just another policy of hers. A "doctor" treated me, asking me inappropriate questions, and finally told me I had 3 cavities and needed prophylaxis. That procedure cost 3,500 pesos with insurance. The insurance didn't cover cavities, and prophylaxis was 2,300 pesos, and with insurance, 900 pesos. Rather than paying for anything internally, I persuaded myself not to pay. I went to a very famous institution that I remembered at that very moment. To cut the slack, I was told at that other place that I didn't have cavities and that I only needed prophylaxis, which cost me 600 pesos without insurance. This is yet another example of how many people use a degree to scam. I hope to God this doesn't happen to anyone (I don't think so, because it's the first time I've seen a dental clinic with only its employees). Justice never fails, divine justice, of course.

Terrible service, the doctors acted unprofessionally and as if they had no experience, they had no aesthetic sense, they ruined a job that was already good, it took 2 hours to do a shoddy job, I'm giving it one star because the customer service girl was very polite and attentive.
