Do you have english speaking doctors
They gave me an "evaluation," complete with a panoramic X-ray. They scheduled an appointment for a week later, along with a treatment plan. I arrived at the appointed time, but the dentist/surgeon in charge of the extractions hadn't arrived yet. As soon as she arrived, I asked about my appointment status and waited for an hour and 35 minutes. Finally, since it was already noon and supposedly my procedure was somewhat complex, they told me I needed to get some tests done before proceeding. Seriously? What was the evaluation for? They even scheduled a treatment and an appointment, and nobody could tell me that? Plus, DentalCare Belledent won't give me back my lost time.
The doctor showed a lack of respect for the patient's time and a lack of professionalism. We were given an appointment for a procedure, and after waiting an hour and a half, she told us the doctor needed some blood tests. She postponed the procedure even though she had already evaluated the patient and performed a panoramic X-ray a week earlier. There was also a dead cockroach floating in the water in the fish tank, which speaks volumes about the hygiene.
My initial experience was terrible. They're very focused on collecting payment and requesting insurance. They evaluate you and tell you what work needs to be done, but when it comes time to work, they claim there's a problem and don't refund your money. In short, before going, I saw negative reviews and wanted to give them a chance, but my experience was awful. I paid $5800 and they only did three fillings and a cleaning/prophylaxis when I went to the debridement clinic because they referred me to periodontics, and I said I wasn't going there. They only refunded me $1600, keeping $4000 for just three fillings and a cleaning... because they should have assessed the work during the initial evaluation, before I paid, not after I'd already been paid. Anyway, that's my experience. Thank you.
Very irresponsible, and when it involves children, so much work goes into it only to end up doing it badly.
