The doctor is irresponsible and unethical. He speaks to patients in an offensive and disrespectful manner. He only thinks about money, and after you pay him, everything takes forever to resolve because, according to him, he doesn't have enough time and wants to send you to another office, making the trip even longer.

Dr. Castillo's service and treatment were wonderful; the Swiss technology he uses in dental implants is excellent.

The doctor is an excellent dentist, he does quality work and treats his patients well.
