If you're an American, don't waste your time going here. I've spent over 20,000 US dollars here in the past calendar year and yet I have to beg for them to do service and they skip over you every time to take care of their friends instead of taking the people as they come in order.

Horrible customer service . Do not shop here , bought a Westinghouse electric water heater and broke after few usages . They won’t accept the return or exchange seven if they if under warranty : such a bad experience!
