The facial was great until I got home and noticed that the lady (Martha) has shaved the peach fuzz off my face. You may think well how didn’t I feel It... but there is a lot going on during a fácil. I was completely annoyed at this and called the spa where I was told by the receptionist that why was I calling and what was my intention of doing so when I called to tell her what had happened. What they did was to add dermaplaning which removes any facial hair. This is great for anyone who wants it but a facial does not include this service I didn’t ask for. I find it unethical and rude both from the esthetician and the receptionist.

I didn't have a good experience with Dr. Joaly. She knows what she's doing, but she should stop using her cell phone, not allow people to interrupt, and pay more attention to her clients, as her appointments are quite expensive!
