Chicken wings tasted like nothing. We went on a Friday night it was busy so that’s why we waited a lot I guess. They had 2 for 1 on drinks but only drink available at that time was mojitos which were really good. BUT Food wasn’t as good as expected. Price point was good for amount of food but wasn’t worth it in our opinion which was 4 of us. BBQ chicken wings were cold. Burgers weren’t that great. Fries were good.

Very dissatisfied with the food and service received. We ordered beers and they were warm. Had to ask for replacement of something I did not want to drink because they had very few options available. Our burgers and fries were cold when they were brought over to us. I had to ask for a manager because the server was nowhere to be found. She just kept chatting with her coworkers and not checking on the table. Furthermore, when I went to use the ladies room, I had to get my own bucket of water to flush it down. When I mentioned it to the manager, they said they had a plumbing issue and were waiting for someone to show up that kept missing their scheduled appointment. I told them that it was not acceptable that I had to do that in a restaurant. He gave us free dessert but that in no way made up for all the other things that were lacking with our dining in experience. It is definitely the last time we will dine there. They used to be good before but have deteriorated considerably. I do not recommend it.

Delivery arrived in 36 min which is reasonable. Because the vapor is trapped inside the wrapping the french fries was a bit soft. Not a fan of it's "herb and MSG" taste tho. The bread became soggy and the patty is dry in the middle with no taste. Cheap cheddar. Shredded lettuce??? The delivery is 3x more compared to Santiago! Overpriced, over rated, over thinking on the flavor part. Sometimes simple is better.

A bit hidden but super good and great service! And Hot dogs were great! It’s a welcoming place for kids.

I've been there many times and everything I've tasted is truly delicious. The waitresses have been very polite and diligent. A great experience overall.
