They sell excellent music products, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. They're never on time for appointments and don't even bother to notify customers. The installations are not finished to the standard expected by the brands they represent, leaving cables exposed. The quality of the installation is completely unjustified by the high price they charge. I hope they pay more attention to customer service and the quality of their installations.
