Excellent service from César Liriano and Zuleika Féliz. I recommend visiting their website and reading the instructions to be prepared with all the necessary documents.

I went there just to address an opposition issue; I arrived at 12 and left at 5. Something simple took them 5 hours to resolve. Completely incompetent.

I have to visit this branch every year. I almost never have to wait, and they help me quickly. But sometimes the employees aren't having a good day, and even if you're friendly, they can be cold and impersonal. Still, they get things done. And the branch is comfortable.

They should review and create employee manuals; there's no coordination. One person tells you one thing, and another tells you something completely different. It's a waste of time; the lack of training is obvious. I hope this can improve so our country can move forward.
