Terrible service. First, I arrived at 2:30 pm and there was a note on the door saying they were on lunch until 3 pm, so I had to wait. This isn't mentioned on their website, so you don't have to be aware of this and waste your time. Second, I sent some documents to Florida with a deadline. They told me they would arrive on Thursday, but I sent them on Tuesday. I paid $4100 pesos—a rip-off for documents! And to top it all off, they didn't arrive on time and couldn't be used, so I lost both my time and money. A very bad experience, and I will never use them again. They refused to refund my money because, according to them, it was an estimated delivery time, which they didn't explain. But they did apologize, and that's how they fix everything. I don't recommend them. Use FedEx or UPS; they are more reliable.
