I have always used this place. After the pandemic their services have gone down hill. They are charging on top of the insurance copayment more money. They're mrn technicians are very unprofessional and rude. They are not keeping up with the protocol when you go inside the dressing room very dirty and you are not even finished when the next patient is already outside waiting. They don't clean the area we're you laying on the machine. They give you appointments and you will wait for hours until they get you inside. I would never go back to Diagnosis. Have became a breeding money machine that only cares about money, but not their patients and the privacy of their patients.

Staff was quite rude The report was good. I do not speak perfect Spanish and I was in a lot of pain 5 days after I had the scan and after I paid I still had not received report. They got a great organization and clear areas.

They said the results were goigng to be ready at noon, we went at 12:20pm and after waiting for over 10 min they told us they were not ready. We left .

The diagnostic center was efficient and staff were friendly. My Spanish is very limited and everyone was very helpful.
