I’ve been to my fair share of casinos but this by far has to be the worst one I’ve ever been to. To start off I pulled out 20k pesos which is equivalent to $340 USD, after their ATM fees, commission, and whatever else they felt like charging me I only had $290 USD to play with. Something also seemed off with the blackjack table, I was only doing $5 USD/hand and I only won 1 hand playing on it, either I went on the worst luck streak ever or they’re doing something weird. There was also a really musty smell in there and no one even playing anything, I was one of 2 people. I should’ve just turned around after I walked in. Highly recommend going to the Hard Rock Casino instead, it’s 100x better. If I could give a 0 star review I would, not impressed

Bad experience...my first time in this place ... someone put a chair blocking the machine so that it cannot be played, many times only one person playing and two empty ones on the sides blocked, I sat at a machine and one of the machine supervisor came to tell me that the machine was occupied by someone I told him that I didn't see anyone and he told me it was the lady who was talking to him, I told him that machines should not be reserved for more than five minutes, according to what the machina says in a label, the same machine, so he tells me that they he was talking a topic about the machines with a lady and I told them that it was not appropriate because they were talking about streets, housing and prices.... conclusions tell me that I cannot sit there... the same experience in another machine... that is to say that Local people have preference and marked their machines.... I really felt very uncomfortable in this place and I do not recommend it

Be very careful and watch your winnings at this casino. Take a photo of your ticket before you cash it in! I was cheated by a female cashier on the morning of May 15, 2023. I gave her a ticket for approximately 17,000 pesos and she switched the ticket and only gave me 3800 pesos. I questioned it and she produced a different ticket with the lower amount to me. I will never go to this casino again!!

It is nice, atmosphere, service, drinks, food, everything is very good.
