Terrible service, they delivered burnt roses adorned with messy branches

The service and coordination were terrible. The only people who were attentive were the photographer and his crew. If I had a lot of Instagram followers and could just work there taking pictures of myself lying in bed, not even opening the champagne, and standing around bossing the bridesmaids around, I'd love to earn that kind of money. But it's sad that I'm not that kind of person, because I prefer to work for something that's actually worth earning my money.

Their creativity and impeccable taste shone through in every detail of our wedding at the Biltmore Hotel in Miami.
