I don't usually bother you, but you need to improve your service. I placed an order from here in the US at 10:00 AM for 3:00 PM, and it was delivered at 9:20 PM. I ordered one thing and they delivered it, but I tried to cancel another, and they didn't follow through. You need to improve your service.
