Los doctores están muy capacitado pero el servicio al cliente es súper malo en caja el chico encargado es muy grosero pero lo de más todo bien
It's a small, modest medical center, but it gets the job done. The service is very good and inexpensive. The only drawbacks are that they don't answer the phone and there's no parking.
Excellent service from the dermatologist and orthodontist. There's a very good doctor in general named Marisol. The reception service leaves much to be desired; they're unclear about the specialists' schedules and sometimes give you one piece of information instead of another. General consultations are 200 pesos, while appointments with specialists cost between 300 and 800 pesos. This was 5 years ago. ---------------------------------------------------------- In 2026, they're still charging the same prices for consultations: 180-280 pesos with SENASA insurance, depending on the ultrasound. The facade and some internal areas were remodeled and no longer look as bad as before, and there are more places to sit. However, the same operational problems persist. They don't answer the phone, they don't have WhatsApp, and they're not on social media. They operate with a ticket system, and you have to arrive early to get a ticket because they run out quickly, especially for general appointments (there are two colored tickets, and you have to arrive early because they only use about 15 tickets of each color, depending on the doctor or specialist). I got one at 8:30, and the doctor hadn't even arrived yet, with five tickets ahead of me. I went to run some errands nearby, and when I returned at 10:20, they said they had already seen the people before me. For afternoon appointments, they only give out tickets between 12:00 and 1:30 pm for the 2:00-5:00 pm slot with fewer specialists.
Terrible customer service. They don't clearly state how many cardiologists they have, and they don't call in time to cancel appointments made in advance when the cardiologist doesn't show up. If you arrive later, they can't give any explanation. And if you call to confirm the appointment, they tell you that if you're not there, you've lost it because, according to them, there was an agreement with relatives to arrive 15 minutes early to receive their appointment slips. This invalidates the appointment you already made. They also lack the necessary sanitary measures; everyone sits close together, and many people arrive without masks, and the surgical staff doesn't wear them either. And the staff are awful—they don't give patients accurate or complete information!
