Terrible service. They sell items they don't have in stock and don't tell you so you'll buy the rest, and then they deliver whatever they feel like. The first photo is of what I ordered, the second is of what they delivered. It was never their intention to deliver the correct item; it was just to sell everything else. Then you call to complain, and the woman is rude to the customer, says they don't guarantee delivery of the exact tile ordered, and hangs up. A disaster.

Be very careful with this business. The owner and manager sends you things you didn't order, and then there's no way to contact her; she doesn't answer your calls, and they're located far away. She won't give you a refund, even if it's her mistake. I ordered a toilet, and she sent me a different brand. DO NOT BUY the toilets she carries; they're not suitable for our market. The drain is smaller than normal and doesn't fit properly. You need an adapter, and they clog up. The showers are poor quality and have no water pressure. IF YOU DO BUY, check everything carefully when you receive it and don't pay until you've received what you ordered.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. After the entire project falls apart because they sold me a product they didn't have in stock, I had to put up with Talia hanging up on me when I was complaining that they delivered the wrong tile. I went back to buy the tile they added because of their mistake, but Talia, the owner, refused to sell it to me. Arelis Ceramics lost a client who could have brought them a lot of business. How unfortunate.
