I called to order raw materials, and for three days they gave me the same price. When I went to place the order, they told me it was a different price. When I complained, they told me that if it had been yesterday, they would have sold it to me at one price, but today it was more expensive. In other words, it was the same raw materials they had in stock. Then they hung up on me three times when I tried to complain and told me I was talking nonsense. Terrible service!

Well, the customer service is terrible. It's the first time I've called and the customer service is awful. Change the person who answers the phone; she doesn't know anything about customer service.
