My wife always come more pretty from this place. They are very good staff. And super friendly

I've been to the salon twice before and the service was excellent. They were very attentive and the quality was good, with a lot of knowledge. However, my last visit was a completely different experience. I arrived with dirty, unstyled hair and had to leave like that. The shampoo staff were very helpful, but apparently, it was an inconvenience for the receptionist, Rosemary, or someone else. I arrived a few minutes before 7:00 pm and at 7:04 pm they informed me that I couldn't get a wash or a mask because the salon's policy is that the hour before closing is only for washing and drying. It's unfortunate because, of course, I went there intending to get a wash, and I ended up leaving with my hair still dirty. I think they should offer a bit more customer service and make exceptions, perhaps allowing a few extra days for certain things. I think it would have been better to explain the "rules" to me and give me the opportunity this time, instead of refusing to provide the service. But oh well, everyone has their own preferences. A 10/10 always for my team, as I say, Yenifer, Wendy and Yamila are always a pleasure.

Today I visited their new branch in Los Cacicazgos. The owner has thought of every detail to make her clients feel as comfortable as possible. They have a very attentive and well-trained staff. This beauty salon is 100% recommended; you won't regret it! 🤩
