Things can improve; you need higher quality products, even if it means a price increase, and you need more variety because you make everything with the same ingredients. Someone who eats a chicken yaroa also eats chicken when they order a hot dog because you put chicken in the hot dog, and everything is chicken-based. You have the potential to be more than that and to gain consumer acceptance. I've heard better things about the food truck vendors on the avenue, and I hope you don't see those guys as enemies but as a source of motivation.
