Customer service was very quick. I'm glad to have my missing items back from the package. What I still can't understand is how it happened in the first place? Who removed the items (not 1 or 2, but 4 items! 😳 and they're not even small) from the package and why? And then resealed the package for delivery like that. 🤔🤔 It reflects poorly on the Independencia branch. I hope they've taken internal action if this is serious. For now, I won't be using this company again, or at least not the Independencia branch.
