Excellent, although they should have more staff at the reception desk because the person at the desk has to attend to many people at the same time and things get overlooked. For example, he missed that I told him to paint the entire hood, which I would pay for separately outside of the insurance, and he missed it because a thousand people interrupted him when he was receiving my car. But otherwise, excellent service.
