I came to the hotel for a business conference. It is a nice hotel in a nice location with eateries and shops to walk to. I ended up getting sick on the trip and I'm very thankful to Ramón in Guest Services who called a pharmacy for me twice to get medicine and supplies delivered to me. Before I spoke with him, I was trying to figure out how to Uber to a pharmacy. I'm thankful for the Guest Services as that helped eleiviate the stress. In addition, the beds are comfy, the shower is nice, lots of bathroom counter space, and the rooms are quiet. The business conference center and staff are good too as we had a 3 day event.

Staff is great, from the pool to the breakfast buffet. Special shoutout to Chiara, Soena, Leiny y Albany 💗 First time at the hotel, everything was wonderful! We were there on a Friday night and we joined the live music in the lobby. Super fun.

Stayed for four days. The staff was incredibly helpful and pleasant. The pool area was great. Poolside bar and food truck adjacent to the pool. Live music in the lobby on Fri and Sat night. The gym was big enough to get a full workout in. Bravo supermarket within walking distance. Would recommend Dominican Fiesta to anyone.

Maria was absolutely wonderful! She treated us with so much kindness and professionalism. She made sure everything was perfect and always had a warm smile. She truly made our stay special!

Don’t go to this hotel! It’s far from the airport and you’ll spend around 30-60$ dollars on taxis to and from airport. The customer service is very bad. The pool is dirty the rooms are old. The rugs in the hallway smells dirty. The lifeguards at the pool are sitting talking and when you ask for towels they give you attitude as if you are interrupting their conversations or asking for a favor. They asked my daughter to get out of the pool because she couldn’t be in the 6 ft area. There was no other guest in the water, my daughter is an expert swimmer and had a floaty. The lifeguard Immediately came over, divided the pool with the pool divider and told me she couldn’t be in the 6ft area for politics reasons and directed us to the 1 meter area. It’s an old hotel and it desperately needs renovation and training on how to service guests.
