Sandía and the DTS team assisted my wedding group of about 90 people. They were extremely attentive and answered every question quickly, no matter the time. They organized a wedding website for us where all our guests were able to easily book their stay. The website also provided an itinerary for the wedding week along with discounted rates for excursions and other activities for the group. The best part was how smooth they made it for all the guests when they arrived at the airport. There were 2 people holding up a big sign with our name on it for guests to easily locate. They offered them cold beverages once they got into the van and most importantly, got them to the hotel safely. Sandía was so kind enough to send me a picture with each group that arrived at the airport holding up our wedding sign so I was able to see in real time when each family arrived. Once guests arrived at the hotel and checked in, Sandía had set up a separate table area next to the check in desk with welcome bags for each guest which they all loved. I would recommend Dominican Travel Solution to anyone and want to specifically acknowledge Sandia for treating us like family and not just another customer.
