It's a scam. There's a reason everyone speaks ill of Dominicana Seguro. I'd rather throw my money away or break it than pay for this insurance that's completely useless. They're shameless. They've been in business for 60 years and still refuse to improve. Their affiliated repair shops are a joke. Their customer service is a joke; nobody answers, they transfer you 200 times to someone who knows nothing. They take forever with everything and do absolutely nothing. It's as if they have no intention whatsoever of actually resolving anything. All this insurance expects from you is a monthly payment for nothing—in other words, a scam. 0 responsibility 0 customer service 0 honesty 0 information management Total failure!!!!

I thought that with over 60 years in business, this company was responsible and honored its commitments to its customers and their property. Apparently, I was wrong. @dominicanacs. They mistreat, marginalize, and abuse their customers. I've been trying to get my case addressed for over two months. I have full coverage insurance with this company for a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado, which has been sitting idle all this time while I'm paying off a loan. Dominicana de Seguros and its representatives need to review their practices and get organized because they're not managing things properly. I've had the worst experience with this insurance company; no matter how I approach them, they don't add up. A complete disaster.

I've never seen insurance this bad... The worst of the worst, damn it! I supposedly have full coverage and they're giving me a hard time. THIS INSURANCE IS USELESS.

The worst place to insure a vehicle. My vehicle has been in an accident for about two months and they haven't even given me a repair estimate yet.
