The food was good, and the service was fine too. The only issue is the hygiene of the people preparing the food. I found a rather long hair embedded in the pizza, which was even sticking out the other side. Perhaps for some it's just a hair and nothing to worry about, but knowing the hygiene standards of food handlers, they should be very careful when taking precautions for the safety of customers, since a hair can carry many bacteria and microorganisms that could harm the customer, make them sick, etc. So, be very careful when eating food at this establishment, specifically at Megacentro.
I'd visited before, but this time I wasn't very satisfied, and there are several areas for improvement. 1 - First, you pay, and they don't even want to give you a receipt until you go to pick up your order. 2 - They only give you napkins if you're eating in, and only two for two medium pizzas. 3 - They have combo meals, and if you don't ask, they charge you for the most expensive ones. 4 - If you ask for a small box, they refuse to give it to you and tell you to use the ones they gave you. I understand that the franchise's mission is customer satisfaction, but since they're saving money on paper receipts, they should at least provide napkins.
Very well. Now, I don't understand how you, the owners of food businesses in Mega Centro, aren't demanding that they fix those air conditioners. It's incredibly hot; if you sweat, you can't go to the food court. It's shameful for such a large and renowned mall.
Unfortunately, their staff doesn't help to enhance the brand.
I liked this place, and the food they sell.
