I am very displeased with the service here. I not only was charged incorrectly; I also was spoken to by the staff in a very unpleasant way. To the point where the women at the front called a coworker because she stated she “has no patience”. I was looking for a solution to the issue and they were negligent in fixing the issue saying the system would not allow them to charge me correctly since they already had charged me the first time. Very displeased and disappointed as I am a huge Dominos fan!

The worst customer service I've ever received in this country was at this Domino's branch. I had a terrible experience ordering from the website for pickup because not all the deals are listed on the restaurant menu. I've done the same at several branches and always had good experiences. However, today I went to the Las Americas branch to take advantage of a lunch deal and planned to eat with my wife. They delivered it without cutlery or glasses, even though the order included a calzone and two sodas. Their explanation was that the order was placed online for pickup, so they expected me to leave since it was a "take-out" order. I couldn't have lunch and had to leave with my purchase and eat another time. The worst part was the treatment I received. It was a horrible experience, and from now on I prefer to choose another option.
